Andrea Anders
Anders was originally was born in Madison and was raised in DeForest. She lives in Los Angeles. She graduated from DeForest Area High School in DeForest, Wisconsin in 1993; and received an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens point in 1997. In 2001, she graduated with the title of Master of Fine Arts at Rutgers University. Anders and Matt LeBlanc dated from 2006 until 2015. They met when they were making the sets for the show that was later cancelled Joey. The director's brother is Sean Anders (Sex Drive, Never Been Thawed). Anders started working in theaters beginning in 2001. She was an understudy for Mary Louise Parker in the Broadway production of Proof and later, she played the part of Elaine Robinson in The Graduate. She also appeared as a character in On the Jump on the Arena Stage and New Doors at the Guthrie Theater. Anders has also been seen in the two New York Stage & Film productions: Cold/Tender, and New World Rhapsody. In May 2007, Anders was cast in The Geffen Playhouse performance of Fat Pig. Fat Pig shut down on July 1st, 2007 with her playing the accountant Jeannie. Anders had her first TV appearance on an Dannon commercial which ran throughout the 1990s between the 90s and. Anders' most famous role is Nicole Allen, a former football player's spouse on The Class and Joey as Alex Garrett (a lawyer). She was on each episode of both shows, but neither was renewed. Anders made guest appearances in One Life to Live as well as Law & Order and Tru Calling. She appeared in five episodes on the HBO drama series Oz in 2003 as Donna Degenhart in 2003, she also made a small appearance in 2004's film The Stepford Wives, playing Heather as Heather in the film, as well as in the 2008 movie Sex Drive as Brandy. Anders also appeared as Brandy in 2008's film, Sex Drive. Anders has also appeared in two unsuccessful television pilots. Spellbound and News To Me were the two unsuccessful television pilots. Anders made an appearance as a character in Better Off Ted for ABC The show is a comedy featuring just only one camera. The script was written by Victor Fresco.
